The Application is slow though nice

The introduction of the Application was a nice idea and helps the client’s to access his account with ease. There is no good change but is sometimes slow taking more time to load content and then the payment network is too slow to finish transactions and therefore you need to work upon that

This is the best micro-loan provider have found to have and for the first time, I thought it is not true but when I created an account and later was called by a madam who guided me on how to finish my account and then was credited the loan on my mobile number

The loans are user friendly and with low-interest rates. When I saw the advert, I thought was a scam but after registration, I received the loan on my phone. The problem I am experiencing is withdrawing savings which sometimes takes a long time. I hope you fix that too and I will give you a 5-star rating

Haven’t found any glitches with the software at the moment other than the support operator being too slow sometimes to handle inquiries also when you are withdrawing more withdrawals within a day, the last withdraws are always delays for about 30 minutes before the transaction comes through

Like any other online service provider, did not first believe the services because the logo did not look appealing to me when I registered an account and was told to upload my KYC and my account was approved the next day. I just tried to test the services and when I asked for a loan, they did not ask me for any security and was given the loan in five minutes on my mobile phone. The best I like is the saving part, saving is very easy and comes with profits that are much good compared to another service provider

The interest rate is welcoming but the loans take a long time to be approved and the website have so many steps to follow and complete making client more exhausted
